Return any unsatisfactory purchase to us within 30 days of receipt, and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund.
To return your purchase: Please contact us service@texeresilk.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement or refund.
Shipping and processing charges are non-refundable. Regular shipping charges will be deducted from the credit applied even in case of a free-shipping transaction. The credits processed will be for the original purchase price less any applied discounts and/or waived shipping costs. Kindly be considerate and understand that we will not be able to issue refunds for items returned after 30 days, or for items that show signs of usage, wear, or tampering.
We are unable to accept COD packages. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid, with a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. We recommend shipping via a traceable method, such as UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service Insured. We are unable to issue credits for items shipped by you but not received by us, or received in a damaged condition.
All returned items must be in original, new condition. A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return. The Return Authorization (RA) number should be clearly written on the outside of the package as well as on the copy of the invoice/packing slip included with the return.
Simply follow the guidelines on the packing slip enclosed with your order. (If returning a gift, please include buyer's name and address, and how you'd like us to handle your return.) Mail all returned packages to:
