Regular orders are shipped within 2 business days. Expedited or Overnight orders are shipped within 1 business day. Our customers receive a tracking number for all shipments.

We use USPS for most of our shipments, domestic and international. If your address for mail service is different from your ground shipments, please be sure to provide both. Please use the Comments Section on the order form to note any critical information necessary or helpful in the processing of your order.

The Billing Address of the cardholder must be included even if you would like the items shipped to another address.

Orders shipped within the contiguous United States normally arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ordinarily arrive in 4-7 business days.  Shipments to Canada normally arrive at Canadian Customs in 3-5 business days.

Following services are available for domestic shipment within the United States:

Regular: Shipped within two business days.  Usually shipped via the US Postal Service.  Customers are provided tracking numbers for all shipments.

Expedited: Shipped within 1 business day.  Usually shipped via the US Postal Service such that it arrives in 2-3 business days.  Customers are provided tracking numbers for all shipments.

Overnight: Shipped the same day if the order arrives by 2 pm Eastern time; otherwise within 1 business day.  Usually shipped via the USPS Express Mail for overnight delivery.  Customers are provided tracking numbers for all shipments.
